Challenge

The client is a laser cutting equipment manufacturer with 20 years of history, exporting products to European, American, and Southeast Asian markets. However, its English website had long been in an awkward state of "having a site but no traffic"—the website design was outdated, product descriptions were directly machine-translated from Chinese, and it had almost no ranking on Google search. More critically, overseas competitors in the industry (such as Germany's Trumpf and Italy's Bystronic) had been deeply engaged in digital marketing for years, making competition for core keywords extremely fierce. Solution

We developed an integrated strategy of "website reconstruction + in-depth SEO optimization" for the client. First, based on an analysis of target market buyers' search behavior, we redesigned the website's information architecture, categorizing products by application scenarios (automotive parts, sheet metal processing, aerospace, etc.) rather than simply listing models. At the SEO level, we identified over 500 long-tail keyword opportunities, including high-purchase-intent terms like "fiber laser cutting machine for automotive parts" and "metal sheet laser cutter manufacturer." For each keyword cluster, we created in-depth technical articles and product comparison pages to establish industry authority. Simultaneously, we optimized the website's technical SEO foundation—improving page load speed to under 2 seconds, enhancing structured data markup, and building high-quality backlinks. For conversion, we designed a multi-layered inquiry funnel: instant online consultation, product brochure downloads, free sample applications, etc., ensuring visitors at different purchase stages could find suitable conversion paths.

Results

Three months after project launch, the website's organic search traffic began to grow significantly, with 35 core keywords ranking on Google's first page.
